Below you will find a high level itinerary of all of the events for the weekend with links to more detailed pages where appropriate.
Welcome Barbecue
Join us for a Welcome BBQ at Chatham Bars Inn! Feel free to stay all evening or stop by for a bit once you get into town. There will be corn hole and other games set up on the beach, and a fire pit for s'mores once it gets dark! Location: The Beach House Restaurant, Chatham Bars Inn Transportation: There will be complementary valet parking at the Beach House Restaurant located on the water side of Shore Road Attire: dressy casual
Friday 6-9pm
Cape Cod Activities
Enjoy one of the four activities that we have planned, or explore the Cape on your own! Click the link below to learn more about the options, and make sure to sign up for the one you prefer on your reply card. Saturday dinner is also on your own, so we have made a list of our favorite restaurants in the area for you to check out! Location: varies, buses for activities leave from Chatham Bars Inn Transportation: There will be complementary valet parking at the main hotel entrance off of Seaview Street. Busses will depart from near the main hotel entrance. The tennis courts are located by the Beach House Restaurant on the water side of Shore Road -- there will be complementary valet parking there as well. Attire: casual / varies by restaurant
Saturday throuhgout the day
Pre-Ceremony Champagne and Lemonade
Arrive at Chatham Bars Inn early on Sunday to enjoy a pre-ceremony lemonade and champagne, and have plenty of time to settle in before the ceremony. Location: South Lawn, Chatham Bars Inn Transportation: There will be complementary valet parking at the Beach House Resraurant located on the water side of Shore Road. We will also be sending bussess for those staying in groups close to the hotel -- so make sure to let us know where you're staying on your rsvp card! Busses will depart after the reception from where they dropped you off. They will then continue to loop throughout the afterpary departing from outside the afterparty. Attire: semiformal.
Sunday 2:30pm
Wedding Ceremony, Reception and After Party
Our Wedding Ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm sharp on Sunday on the South Lawn. Following the ceremony, we will get the party started with an elongated cocktail "hour" leading right into the reception in the adjacent tent. We plan to party until the noise ordances say we have to stop at which point we will move up to the Monomoy Room (also at Chatham Bars Inn) for an after party that will go until 1 am. Bring your dancing shoes!! Location: South Lawn, Chatham Bars Inn Transportation: There will be complementary valet parking at the Beach House Resraurant located on the water side of Shore Road. Farewell Brunch
Before you head back home, join us for a casual farewell brunch back in the tent at Chatham Bars Inn. Location: South Lawn, Chatham Bars Inn Transportation: There will be complementary valet parking at the Beach House Restaurant located on the water side of Shore Road Attire: casual.
